Player terms

The terms for playing Pocket Bloom, a browser puzzle game provided by DictionaryLab.

Effective

Playing the game

You may play Pocket Bloom for your personal enjoyment through its authorized browser distribution. The current game is single-player and does not require a DictionaryLab account. This release has no in-game purchases or paid gameplay features.

A platform such as CrazyGames may have separate terms for its website, accounts and services. Please follow that platform’s applicable age and permission requirements. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission under applicable law, obtain it before using the game.

Local progress and settings

The browser edition saves progress and settings locally when storage is available. It does not provide a DictionaryLab cloud account or cross-device recovery. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing browser or device, or storage restrictions can affect saved progress. When storage is unavailable, play may continue for the current session without a persistent save.

For information about storage and network processing, read the privacy policy. Optional developer gameplay analytics is disabled in the current release and is not required to play.

Fair use and intellectual property

Please use the game lawfully. Do not deliberately disrupt its services, introduce malicious code or bypass access protections. Do not redistribute the game or its artwork without permission, except where a licence or applicable law allows it.

The game, artwork, software and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Third-party materials may carry their own licence terms and notices. These terms do not remove permissions granted by those licences or exceptions and rights provided by law.

Availability and changes

We may release updates to fix problems or improve the game. Network interruptions, browser compatibility and maintenance can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or indefinite support for every browser or device.

We will communicate material changes where appropriate and respect applicable notice requirements and consumer rights. These terms do not give us a right to remove statutory remedies or disregard obligations that apply to digital services.

Your legal rights remain

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies and applicable rights relating to digital products remain unaffected.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you. They do not require you to bring a dispute exclusively in Berlin or waive a lawful claim.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted by law. Changes to these terms take effect subject to applicable legal requirements; they do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
